Annual Fundraising Banquet

Fantastic Pheasants Forever Banquet Friday, February 2nd at the Diamond Bar!

We hope that you will again support our banquet by attending and/or making a donation or by purchasing Raffle tickets. Please fill out the Registration form and mail it with your form of payment to the address on the form. We can also take a credit card payment over the phone. To pay for your registration with a credit card, please call Jean at 218-360-2452. EARLY BIRD: Early bird registration discount. If your registration is postmarked by January 26th 2024 the cost is $80.00 for dinner and a Pheasants Forever membership. If you wait until February 2nd or later (including at the door) the cost will be $90.00. Pheasant Bucks will be available again on the registration form! Pheasant Bucks are $120.00 worth of “funny money” for $100.00 that can be used at the banquet on most raffles; it’s like getting a few more chances on raffles for free! Please don’t hesitate to ask us if you have any questions. DONATIONS: If you want to make a donation to the Pheasants Forever Headwaters Chapter, please fill out the 2024 PF Banquet Sponsor form. Include a description of what you are donating or mail a check to the address on the bottom of the form. Banquet doors open at 5:00 PM. We will once again have Square credit card capabilities to make your purchases and donations easy but please note: Due to Montana Code (MCA 23-5-157), all raffles and games of chance must be paid for with cash, checks or debit card. Auction items and dinner may still be paid for with any form of payment, including any major credit cards. Your support is very much appreciated.
